什麼時候用
toward（英式 towards）是「朝向」，強調方向而不是抵達。它跟 to 的差別在於：walk to the station 是走到車站，walk toward the station 只是往那個方向走。
常見錯誤
- toward 不含「到達」，to 才有。
- toward 也用在態度上：her attitude toward the plan。
- toward 與 towards 只是美式與英式的差別，意思相同。
