什麼時候用
lay 是及物動詞，把某物放下。後面沒有受詞的話應該用 lie。
常見錯誤
- lay 後面一定要有東西被放下：Lay the book on the table.
- 三態 lay-laid-laid，別跟 lie 的過去式 lay 混在一起。
