describe 是及物動詞，後面直接接受詞，不加介系詞。中文說「向某人描述」時容易多寫一個 to，位置也要注意：describe something to somebody。
常見錯誤
- describe me the scene 是錯的，要寫 describe the scene to me。
- describe about something 不成立——about 是多餘的。
