感官動詞與使役動詞Verbs of Perception and Causative Verbs

感官動詞 + 受詞 + 原形動詞 / V-ing

see、watch、hear、listen to、feel、notice 這些跟「看、聽、感覺」有關的動詞叫感官動詞。後面先接人或東西（受詞），再接第二個動詞。第二個動詞用原形，表示看到整件事從頭到尾；用 V-ing，表示看到的當下那件事正在進行。不管哪一種，都不能加 to。

• I saw Tom cross the street.我看到 Tom 過馬路。

• I saw Tom crossing the street.我看到 Tom 正在過馬路。

• We heard someone sing in the next room.我們聽到有人在隔壁房間唱歌。

• She felt the ground shaking.她感覺到地面在搖。

使役動詞 make / let / have + 受詞 + 原形動詞

make、let、have 叫使役動詞，意思是「叫、讓、使某人做某事」。後面接受詞，再接原形動詞，中間一樣不能加 to。make 是「逼、使」，有強迫的味道；let 是「讓、允許」；have 是「請、叫（某人去做）」。

• My mom made me clean my room.我媽叫我打掃房間。

• The sad movie made her cry.那部悲傷的電影讓她哭了。

• Dad let us stay up late on Saturday.爸爸星期六讓我們晚睡。

• The teacher had the students read the story aloud.老師叫學生把故事唸出來。

help + 受詞 + (to) V

help 比較特別：受詞後面的動詞可以用原形，也可以加 to，兩種都對。口語裡比較常直接用原形。

• Can you help me carry these bags?你可以幫我提這些袋子嗎？

• My sister helped me to fix my bike.我姊姊幫我修腳踏車。

• This app helps students learn new words.這個 app 幫助學生學新單字。

受詞後面的動詞怎麼放

受詞如果是代名詞，要用受格：me、him、her、us、them，不能寫 I、he、she。

常見錯誤

• ✗My mom made me to clean my room.
  ✓My mom made me clean my room.使役動詞 make 後面的受詞接原形動詞，不加 to。
• ✗I saw him to play basketball.
  ✓I saw him play basketball.感官動詞的受詞後面接原形或 V-ing，不能加 to。
• ✗Let I help you.
  ✓Let me help you.let 後面接受格 me，不能用主格 I。
• ✗The teacher let us went home early.
  ✓The teacher let us go home early.時態只表現在 let 上，受詞後面的動詞維持原形。
• ✗Mom asked me clean the table.
  ✓Mom asked me to clean the table.ask 不是使役動詞，受詞後面要接 to V。
