什麼時候用
worth 後面接動名詞，不接不定詞：worth reading（值得一讀）。它在文法上比較特別——通常當介系詞或形容詞用，後面一定要接東西。
常見錯誤
- worth reading，不是 worth to read。
- It is worth doing 與 It is worthwhile to do 兩個結構不同，別混在一起。
- worth 後面不能什麼都不接：說 The book is worth 是不完整的句子。
