-ing 形容「事物本身讓人有什麼感覺」，-ed 形容「人的感受」。說 I am boring 等於說自己很無聊乏味。
常見錯誤
- I am boring 是「我這個人很無趣」，想說「我很無聊」要用 I am bored。
