什麼時候用
among 用在「三者以上之中」，強調混在群體裡而不是明確的兩兩關係。它後面一定接複數名詞或集合名詞。
常見錯誤
- among 後面不能接單數：among the crowd 可以（集合名詞），among the student 不行。
- among 與 between 的分界不是絕對的：明確的兩兩關係即使三方以上也用 between。
- amongst 是英式的變體，意思相同。
